Madison, WI - Franklin St.
Milwaukee Road
Here are a few photos of Madison's Franklin Street Milwaukee Road
Station.
This depot was located almost across the street from Madison's C&NW station
and was located several blocks closer to the downtown area than the Milwaukee's primary station in town on West Washington Avenue.
I'm not quite sure exactly when it was torn down but it was fairly early, during
the 1930's or 1940's I'd guess, when all passenger operations were consolidated at the other depot.
