N&W's Roanoke Depot
This installment's vintage depot is a series of photos of
N&W's Roanoke depot. These were taken in February, 1950 and are from the
Gottscho-Schleisner Collection in the Library of Congress. They were originally taken at the request of the architect.
The first picture is of the nontrackside of the station.
Next are two photos of the track side of the station.
Last are photos of the concourse and main lobby.
