Created in 2004 by RailAmerica through a lease with CSX of the former CR (PRR) Ft Wayne line.

Operations

Railroad operates between Crestline, OH to Tolleston, IN.
Railroad operates between Ft Wayne, IN and Decatur, IN on the former Decatur Secondary.
Railroad operates between Spore, OH and Bucyrus, OH on the former Spore Secondary.

Railroad interchanges with CSX at Lima, OH
Railroad interchanges with BNSF, CN, CP, CRL, CSL, CSSB, IAIS, IHB, ICE, MJ, WSOR & UP at Chicago, Illinois .
