Essex Terminal Railway
While Canada isn't known for its big city Terminal Railways, we do have a few. Not the least of which is the Essex Terminal Railway, which runs from Windsor, Ontario to Amherstburg, Ontario. The ETR currently rosters 4 diesel locomotives (#104 - SW14, #105 - SW1200, #107 - SW1500, and #108 - GP9. . The ETR just recently celebrated its 100th anniversary. More info on the line can be found at the Official Essex Terminal Website. Essex Terminal 0-6-0 No. 9 is currently active in the summer hauling tourists in St. Jacobs, Ontario. Check out the Waterloo Central Railway for details. Thanks to Ken Garber for updates and corrections. If you'd like to use any of these gifs, e-mail to let me know where they are. Thanks.
