| A new month, a new routine. It is the morning of August 2 2024 and due to ongoing track work on the Pennsylvania Northeastern Railroad's Bethlehem Branch, CSX L042 was not able to drop off their cars at the usual spot, the leased track between Eighth Street and Schwab Road. In preparation for this, PN previously had cleared out the siding between Orvilla Road and Vine Street so the drop could be made there. Here SD40-2 CSX 8830, no longer working alone, leads the train as it approaches Vine Street. |

| SD40-2 CSX 8145 and 8319 joined 8830 for L042's power. |

| The train continued past the switch at Vine Street and crossed over Cowpath Road in Hatfield before shoving back onto the siding, cutting off the power and heading back to the yard. |
