| Tuesdays and Thursdays are light days for the Pennsylvania Northeastern crews, as CSX L042 has cleared out the outbounds just after midnight and the previous day's L160 took care of the inbounds. So it is a chance to catch up on other important details like equipment and track maintenance. July 23 2024 finds all three Tigers out near Cannon Avenue getting some TLC. |

| On the track maintenance side, a truckload of new ties arrives at Fifth Street. |

| Shortly after arrival, PN forces start to unload the cargo, which will be used to replace old ties along the Bethlehem Branch. |

| The new ties would be temporarily stored just north of the yard switch. |
