| CSX L042 got a late start on October 20 2024, passing under Morris Road at 9:30. |

| They were hustling up to Dale as they only had less than 30 minutes left on duty. |
 |
| Passing Merck at 9:40, which was about when the SEPTA inbound train was just clearing Dale, giving L042 a straight shot into town. |

| With 5 minutes to spare, L042 rolls off the Stony Creek Branch and into Lansdale, barely. Next week, the rest of the story. |
