| May Day 2023 had CSX L042 arriving in Lansdale on the Stony Creek Branch and the trio of SD40-2's, CSX 8846, 8008 and 8872, came into town once again reverse elephant style, as in long hood forward. While a certain other southern railroad may view the long hood as the front, this railroad does not and most CSX engineers prefer not to run them like this. |

| The train, while hitting the horns for the pedestrian grade crossing at Dale, issues a wake up call for the residents of the new Luxor Apartments. |
