| October in the Philadelphia area means it is Leaf Season on SEPTA, and for the fourth year, a couple of the wash trains out of Wayne Electric are powered by AEM-7's. At the start of the season, there were three still in operating condition: SPAX 2301, 2304 and 2307. The rest of the AEM-7's and ALP44 2308 are in storage. On October 18 2021, WASH1 through North Wales is led by ex-NJT Comet I SPAX 605. |
