| SEPTA Route 15 Westmoreland Loop Richmond Street Philadelphia PA December 8 2019 |

While the northern portion of SEPTA's Route 15 trolley has been bustituted the past several years, the return of steel wheels on steel rails seems far away. With that said, there is progress toward the revival. So in the meantime, let us end 2019 with a dream of clang clang clang ... Behold, the new Westmoreland Loop at Richmond and Westmoreland Streets. |

| The Richmond Street trackage has already been poured and has set. |

| The track for the loop has been laid and the forms are being put in place for the concrete. Soon at least the busses will have a place to turn around. |
