| And for the residents, all they hear is a low frequency rumble thanks to the quiet zones that have been in service since July 2017. In fact, if a train does blow its horn at either Edgewood, Stony Hill or Heacock Roads, they must report to their dispatcher the reason, lest they get reported. |
