- Incorporated 1905 as trolley railroad, extended to Oregon as Interurban in 1907.
- Acquired by NP subsidiary, Northwestern Improvement Company in 1921.
- Passenger service suspended in 1931.
- Electrification ended in 1950, replaced with two ex-NP Alco switchers.
- Northwestern Improvement Co. merged into NP in 1957, and NP assumes 100% control over WWV.
- Ownership passed to BN in 1970.
- Merged into BN on March 1, 1982.
- Abandoned in 1985.
