History:
Railroad started operations as the White City Terminal & Utility Co. in 1954.
Railroad acquired by the Union Tank Car Company in 1974 and WCTU Railway Co. name adopted.
Union Tank Car Co. acquires approximately 2,500 boxcars and flat cars c. 1980, stencils them with WCTR mark. Fleet mostly retired by 2008.
Railroad managed by RailServe c.2000 to 12/16/2012 (Union Tank Car Co./Marmon Group retains ownership)
