- History:
- Line built by Vancouver, Klickitat & Yakima Railroad starting in 1888.
- Became Portland, Vancouver & Yakima Railroad in 1898.
- Taken over by Northern Pacific in 1903.
- NP sold the line to Longview, Portland & Northern Railway in 1960.
- LPN sold the line to Chelatchie Prairie Railroad in 1981.
- Service on the line discontinued in 1984.
- Abandonment of the line was authorized on August 29, 1985.
- Line purchased by Clark County in 1987, and line operated by LINC.
- The Battle Ground, Yacolt & Chelatchie Prairie Railroad (BYCX) leased Battle Ground to Chelatchie (19 miles), where they began excursions in 2001.
- Clark County announced on November 13, 2003 that the Columbia Basin Railroad would be the new operator of the line effective January 2004.
- Line reopened as Portland Vancouver Junction Railroad.
