- Line built in 1938 by Gilchrist Timber Company.
- KNOR incorporated on July 2, 1940 to take over the line.
- Service ended on Sept 10, 1991.
- Gilchrist Timber Co. acquired by Crown Pacific on October 1, 1991.
- Service on former KNOR line resumed c.1993, but as a private (non-common carrier) operation.
- Crown Pacific acquired by International Forest Products (Interfor) in 2004.
