While the train was on its layover, it
looked beautiful near the LA
Maritime Museum.
Congratulations to Pacific Harbor Line, the Port of Long Beach, and the
Port of Los Angeles for a fine event.
The train was to layover at San Pedro for a charity event. This
private affair was to benefit the Grand Vision Foundation. After
the charity lunch, served by the private car crew, the train was to
tour the affair attendees around the port. Since it is easier to
photograph a train from the ground, I chose to follow it around.
Some of the photographs on this page and preceeding pages are of the
later excursion with the train in reverse movement.
Photographs of the later excursion which did not fit the above
reconstruction are on the next page.
