Aside from work trains and m-o-w
equipment, the only
train we met was one with military vehicles and other equipment.

Soon we reached Talkeetna. My
baggage was
retrieved from the Denali Star train and I was transported to the
Talkeetna Section house. Below right, Conductor Clinton "Buddy"
Gray is gesturing to the northbound Denali Star train. On the
left side of the Denali Star train, Engineer Dana Godfrey does a
roll by for the Denali Star train.
Once the Denali Star train was safely
past the Talkeetna Section house, the next portion of my day would
begin.
