Stafford - 21st January 2000

On 21st January, I spent the afternoon at Stafford, mainly to photograph 47634 on a rescue mission hauling the 12:45 Liverpool Lime Street to London Euston Virgin Trains service. The variety at Stafford makes the location an excellent place for rail enthusiasts, not least a class 92 on an MGR working and a Green Crompton powering through! All photos © Matthew Kitchin.
