Spot 1 Filter Building.
Tasks:
-check electrical equipment (generators and batteries)
-take a sample of compressor and engine oil to be analyzed by test
lab.
-take a sample of cooling water for analysis.
-replace oil and fuel filters.
-replace air filters.
Spot 2 Interior wash.
Tasks:
-clean engine room with hot water and detergent... and maybe the cab...
Spot 2 Truck washer.
Tasks:
-clean engine exterior with different solutions, one acidic, one alkaline,
then rinse with cold water. More tenacious dirt and grease is cleaned with
with a steam injector.
Before Spot 3 Running inspection.
Tasks:
-brake and load tests
-check exhausts and cooling fans, battery charging and dynamic brakes.
Spot 3 Inspection building.
Tasks:
-check brakes and replace shoes.
-check and replace couplers.
-replace traction motors and bushes
-replace fans, air hoses...
