I am going to venture a guess that this Dash 9-40C is a Norfolk Southern
exclusivity. Most of the 4000 hp GEs are Dash 9s not Dash 8s.

job, some units did not received any, and were still running in their primer
suit almost 2 years after their purchase. Also NS has yet to purchase an
