The cover on the left was done by the "Universal Match Corp." and the one on the right was done by the "Diamond Match Co.". These are 20 strike match covers.

The cover on the left was printed by "The Diamond Match Co.", San Francisco, CA and the right one was done by "Universal Match", San Francisco, CA.
You will notice that the Southern Pacific name is reversed and the color is different on each of them. The photo of the SP train is closer on one then the other.

This version of the cover is similar to the two covers above but it has the striker on the back
