ex-NYO&W #116 poses at
Kenilworth with two of the ex-NJT E-8's. #116 was owned by
Walter Rich, head of Delaware Otsego, and travelled around the DO
system. It operated on the Rahway Valley and Staten Island circa
1988. #116 is now on the Delaware & Ulster Railroad in
Arkville, NY after it was bequeathed to them by Mr. Rich's
estate. |

The engine shed at
Kenilworth looked worse for wear in this photo. Years of vandalism
took their toll on the doors and windows. On of the bay doors was
replaced entirely (far left), while the others were patched. 1990.

NYS&W 120 was often assigned to the
Rahway Valley Railroad, then operated by Susquehanna's parent
Delaware Otsego Corporation. Here 120 is parked at the RVRR engine
shop with a pair of former NJ Transit E8s (4324 & 4258).
