| The first grade crossing encountered after coming off the
mainline and onto the Rahway
River Branch was North Michigan Ave. This crossing, made at grade, was not the
Rahway Valley Railroad only crossing of Michigan Ave., the RVRR
mainline crossed South Michigan Ave. further to the
south. This crossing was removed when the branch was razed in
1991. |
