We'll continue our
look at the Salmonberry River Canyon with this view from onboard the
first Salmonberry Limited passenger train, operated by Sunset Coast
Excursions in late October and early November, 2001. Here, the train
is rolling along near MP 809 on its way uphill with the second leg of
the trip on October 28, 2001. POTB GP-9 3771 and SD-9 4405 lead the
five car train east. Even at this early afternoon hour, the sun hardly
