The Oregon Coastline Express luxury dinner train crosses the Wilson River on its way back to Tillamook with ALCO C-415 no. 702 on the point. The train, later to become the Spirit of Oregon, based in Roy, was in its heyday one of the finest opportunities for scenic dining on the coast. The Spirit lives on, running on the Mount Hood Railroad, but the 702, along with sister 701 are now back in freight service on the Burlington Junction Railroad. Photo by Rick Andrews.
