Port of Tillamook Bay 4381 heads toward Batterson with a special excursion celebrating the completion of the dome cars being pulled. The cars were bound for the Midnight Sun Express in Alaska, and were completely renovated from SP bilevel commuter cars inside blimp hangar A in Tillamook.
