Montreal Suburban Service CPR operated Montreal commuter service from the 1890's including
the Montreal-Rigaud line until September 30, 1982 following which a local
government body was created, the Montreal Urban Community Transit Commission
(MUCTC). RS-10s 8581 most likely operating in "channel 8"
(throttle wide open) as it roars past. 9060 leads three other RDC's more commonly called "Budd
Cars" in suburban (commuter) service. RDC-2 9116 leads six other Budd Cars at Montreal West 9/20/1964 Peter Cox 7041 still in block lettering, switching suburban equipment.
S-2 Alco 74460 4/1946 4069 arriving at Windsor Station. Note the old heavyweight
coach behind the lightweight suburban coach. This unit has been preserved and
