To Midwest Maintenance, Burlington IA in 9/2014, repairs and repainted PHLX 15;
shipped by October 2015 for Moose Jaw facility. Bruce Mercer

NOTE: The Norkraft Domtar pulp mill in Lebel-Sur-Quevillon (QC) had been stopped since November 2005 by a lock out, the mill permanently closed December 18 2008. The pulp mill and the sawmill, also closed, were responsible for 70% of the jobs in this one industry town of 3000 citizens located 600 km north of Montreal.

Sold to Railside Locomotive Services 8454 and leased to Prairie Dog Central when their 3 a 4-4-0 became unserviceable.

Note: This tiny diesel-hydraulic unit was the last domestic locomotive built by Canadian Locomotive Company

Ordered by Searle Grain Company Ltd. for their grain elevator in Fort William, Ontario.
This elevator became Saskatchewan Wheat Pool 15 which closed in 1987.
Sold in 1995 to P&H for their grain elevator in Yorktown, Sask.
