Note: Sold 1993 to British Columbia Railway. April 3, 2007 40 year lease to Kinder Morgan Canada Terminals.
Canadian National Railways acquired BC Rail July 14, 2004 following which CN took over all switching.
Only 1 unit 820 retained.

Hudswell Clarke & Co. Leeds, England. #D702 1949. 30 ton 300 hp diesel mechanical (jackshaft drive) 0-6-0
One of two identical units acquired for startup. 1 (21) scrapped 1/1973 for parts. 2 (22) sold 9/1974.
When the workload became too heavy these two small diesels were replaced by two steam locomotives!
