City Limit is here at Northland Avenue where Keele cars turned. Weston cars continued beyond at an extra fare in York Township. Beginning August 29, 1925 Rogers Road cars of the recently-formed Township of York Railways could be reached by walking over the CNR & CPR tracks two short blocks east to Bicknell Avenue. In later years another loop was added three short blocks north at Avon Crescent opposite Rogers Road with the fare zone moved as well.

This short dead-end track was used to get a disabled car out the way and was a standard feature of all loops. .

Reconstruction work continued north of here into York Township and the Town of Weston.
When it was all finished the TTC held an opening ceremony for the Weston Road Route.
