Robinson House Mavety Street Robinson house on Mavety Street (One block west of Keele Street) east side just south of Dundas. At various times an apartment building and a meeting hall, it was also a boarding house known as the "Dog and Pot" and said to be used by railwaymen. September 1956. Toronto Public Library/James R. Note: Dog and Pot refers ironmonger's sign of an indiron, commonly called a fire dog, and a cooking pot.
