NOMRA stands for the North Okanagan Model Railroad Association. It is a model railroad club based on the okanagan and shushwap. Nomra was started in 1983 as an attraction to the Okeefe Ranch in Vernon, BC. It is still an active club with over 25 members.
The Layout and Okeefe Ranch are open daily to the public from April 30 to Thanksgiving weekend. The hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, except in July & August when it is open from 9 am to 8 pm daily.
