These photos were taken on the day after Thanksgiving day when the Grand Canyon Railroad brought 2300 people into the park on two trains.  One was dedicated to first class while the other handled the coach passengers.

The Alcos handled the coach movement with the addition of another FPA yielding a fantastic A-B-A lashup.  The first class section was lead by the roads F40 PH.
