Subject: merger news
First off I want to thank all of you for your service
to the former Utah and Salt lake railroad. As NGAR takes
over operations we will be merging the Utah and Salt Lake
Valley unit with the Salt Lake and Western to form the Salt
Lake Valley Railroad. In the process the NGAR will also be
increasing operations with our partners the Freedom Central
Railroad, Pine Valley Railroad, BNSF and others to be named
later. We are excited about the new relationship with
Burlington Northern Santa Fe.
We as a company are committed to WasteRunner and to
other operations. We are pleased to announce the addition
of copper mining operations in central Utah and a commuter
rail service throughout the state of Utah, as well as a
WasteRunner processing and trash to energy facility south of
Salt Lake City. Plans for these are still in the works, and
you can expect a "Name the railroad contest" to be announced
December 1 with an anticipated start date for service of
April 2005.
We are also happy to announce several new commodities
will be added to our transports. We will be seeking
partnerships with other rail companies to expand our reach
as we attempt to grow our business ventures.
NGAR is currently seeking partners to join us in
designing specialized cars for WasteRunner service and
information will be forth coming on the developments in that
venture.
