The North Georgia and Appalachian Railroad (NGAR) would like to
announce the opening of it's new Northeast Atlanta yard for the
WasteRunner service. NGAR has signed a long term contract with
several local waste collection companies to handle transportation
and disposal of large quantities of household waste from the new
Northeast Atlanta yard facility.

"We are pleased to add this new facility and hope to have the scrap
metal facility, intermodal facility and the rock quarry tracks open
soon." says Phillip Childs, Superintendent of the NGAR.
