Another of CN's pioneer SD40's, the 5003, leads an much newer GM at Wesleyville. This lead unit is a product of 1967, making it about 20 year older than the trailing 'draper taper'. The 5003 has since been rebuilt into an SD40-3 for the BNSF. |

The 9662 leads a typical Sunday afternoon locomotive consist on #361 as it curves through Wesleyville. As seems to be the norm, or at least was at the time, a GP9RM and GP9 slug are included. The 9662 was retired on March 31, 2000. |

On a warm summer evening, CN C44-9W 2552 and SD40 5100 are in charge of #307 as it passes through Wesleyville. Above the train in the background, you can see one of the many wooden bridges located between Port Hope and Lovekin. The trailing 5100 has since been rebuilt into an SD40-3 for the BNSF. |
