Cabbage 90220
Amtrak former F40, convereted into Cab control/Baggage unit AKA "Cabbage" cars, #90220 in Albany/Rensselaer Summer 2000. This paint job is the same as a normal Phase III F40, but with the Phase IV striping. the horns have been moved back, but the red and white strobes still remain.
