This is the room where the pad printing takes place. This is when all of the lettering is applied to the car. All of these cars are already painted and are waiting to have the lettering put on. Notice that boxcar doors are not applied until the final assembly. Here you can really see that the boxes are distinguished by what is placed on the top. I had to do everything in my power to keep from switching around all of the models.
