This train is first out on the line to clean the track and inspect the main line for any problems before the work day begins. |
Mine Run |

There are many different mine runs. They originate at either Crosley or Waverly. They move empties from either Waverly, Sylvania or the O&W Junction and takes them to the mines for loading. Processed coal goes to the Waverly docks. Other coal goes to either the O&W Junction or the Sylvania coal dump. |
Crosley Local |

The Crosley Local originates in Crosley and works the industries to Sylvania then returns. Not operated at present due to reconstruction of Crosley Yard. |
Waverly Local |

A Waverly Local may be added to run to Sylvania and back if traffic warrants. Due to construction at Crosley, Waverly is serving as the main terminal and yard. |
Crosley Shifter |
|
Works the Crosley yard, classifying cars as needed. Not operated at present due to reconstruction of Crosley Yard. |
Waverly Shifter |

The Waverly Shifter works the Waverly Yard and docks. |
O&W Junction Shifter |
|
Works the coal dock at the O&W Interchange. May also assist O&W road trains switching cars. |
Passenger, Charter and Excursion Trains |

There is a regularly scheduled passenger train, The Crooked Creeker, that operates once per day from Crosley to Sylvania and back. They are timed to connect with commuter trains running on the Ohio and Western at Sylvania. Also available are charter and excursion trains for historical societies and fall foliage trips. Due to major track reconstruction, trains terminate at Victor, and passengers are bussed to Crosley. |
Railroad and Mine Personnel Trains |

These trains are run as needed to transport employees to remote locations on the railroad. |
