Wolf Mountain National Forest
A snowplow clears the road through the forest on Wolf Mountain
A log truck passes a cross country skiier on a snow covered road which winds through the mountains.
Leaving the town of Lone Wolf behind this Santa Fe freight enters the forest.
Visitors to the forest enjoy ice skating, skiing, snowmobiling and other outdoor activities.
But always be careful where you wander because Wolf Mountain is full of wildlife
including, several deer, mountain lions, wolves, and bears.
Legend has it that Bigfoot has even been sighted lurking in the forest,
attacking those who wander in too deep.
Hunters shoot at anything that moves as they hunt Bigfoot.
