Our last Club Day was held on 9th May 2009 in Kearns at the house of Lynette and Ken. The weather was perfect and there was a very large group of enthusiastic train spotters present. It was a very pleasant day and the club would like to thank the hosts Lynette and Ken for making it such a successful day.
Ken's railway consists of one loop, all supported by tressels, on a bed of river stones and pebbles. Below are some photographs of the day. In the photos you can see a model of one of the Silver City Comet power cars scratch built by Ken on USA Trains motor blocks. Ken also scratch built the lift bridge seen in several of the photos.
