Each December, the Kingston Garden Club donates two wreaths for the Kingston Station in order to create a welcoming atmosphere for the guests and users of the station and trains.

Last year the wreaths were hung on the inside of the windows facing the circle. However, the forced air conditioning quickly dried the wreath out. So this year I suggested they hang them

outside on the fence facing the trains. This looks nice for passing guests and those coming in off the trains. However, we have no decoration for those arriving on the east entry to the depot.

Might we have some budget for a nice wreath from Amtrak?

How about a nice big wreath on the center door for the holidays?
