Disabled Access: High level mini-platforms on track one and track two are completed and in now in use for H-cap and business car.
As of the recent restoration improvements to the station have included all access points within the building accessable. The station is owned by the R.I.D.O.T. and partially leased by Amtrak.

Platform: High level platforms are currently available to both tracks. Business Class passengers use the same high level platform to the Business coach at the forward end of the trains. This is the boarding point for wheelchairs* Please call Amtrak to arrange a "special service"* request.
All NEC stations are slated for high level platform service in the future.

Banking cont: closest ATM is at Emporium adjacent to the University of RI Campus.
