Rhode Island Operation Lifesaver is part of the national Operation Lifesaver Organization dedicated to saving lives near railroads.

RIOL is sponsored by the "Friends of Kingston Station Inc." & Partners with Amtrak and Amtrak Police Department as well as the P&W RR
Jack McCabe is the state coordinator for Operation Lifesaver in Rhode Island and works at the Kingston Station for Amtrak. He also is a board member of the "Friends".
Everett Stuart is a retired soil conservation expert and works part time for the Old Colony RR in Newport, he is also President of RIARP and board member of the "Friends".
Julie Perkins is a CTEC dispatcher for Amtrak in Boston where they operate the Acela Express and NEC to New Haven, she resides in Deep River, Connecticut.
