* 97 missed being numbered 5947 after being rebuilt. It was numbered
5997 directly after being rebuilt Dec., 1982.
97 was the last SDFP45 working
on the BNSF.
It has been donated to the
Age
of Steam Railroad Museum in Dallas, Texas, where its arrival was announced
December 19, 1999.

97 was reported (working?) EB east of Clovis.
Updated 05/16/99 (also from the list)
it is reported that 97 has joined 90 & 93 at Topeka.
