On page 2 of this site is a link to the webcam at Rochelle, IL (BNSF/UP diamond). If you're into trainwatch, this is an excellent place to visit. There is a very nice city park right at the diamond and its raised so you have a great vantage point for taking pictures. Generally you're pointing west, so afternoon shots will be into the sun. Lots of train action and there are always folks sitting in the shelter who share your interests.
