An Act to authorise the Donegal Railway Company to extend their Railway from Strabane to Londonderry and from Donegal to Ballyshannon to make Agreements with the Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners and the Londonderry Bridge Commissioners and for other purposes.
An Act to divide the separate undertaking authorised by the Donegal Railway Act 1896 into two separate undertakings to extend the time for the purchase of lands and completion of works by that Act authorised to provide for the granting of rebates in favour of the railway from Donegal to Ballyshannon to release the county council of the county of Donegal from their liability under the West Donegal Light Railway Order and for other purposes.
An Act to authorise the construction of a railway in the counties of Tyrone and Donegal between Strabane and Convoy and for other purposes.
With a view to the re-organisation and more efficient and economical working of the railway system of Saorstát Eireann, the amalgamated company shall be formed in accordance with the provisions of this Act by the amalgamation of the companies set out in the first column of the First Schedule to this Act, and by the absorption of the companies set out in the second column of that Schedule.

Any railway company whose or any part of whose railway lies within Saorstát Eireann may provide, own, maintain, and run road motor services under and in accordance with this Act and may apply their funds for the purpose of so doing.

"The Great Southern Railways Company is hereby relieved from the obligation imposed upon it by or under Section 6 of the said Act in respect of the running of trains over the railway line between Ennis and Kilrush and Kilkee, and in lieu thereof it shall be obligatory for the Company to run over such line the following modified service of trains --"
" The Great Southern Railways Company is hereby authorised, notwithstanding any statutory, contractual or other obligation to the contrary, to terminate wholly the service of trains run on 24th March, 1934, over the section of railway line between Cork and Donoughmore owned or operated by the said company."
The Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Company is hereby authorised, notwithstanding any statutory, contractual or other obligation to the contrary, to terminate wholly the service of trains run on the 20th day of July, 1939, over the section of railway line between Letterkenny and Burtonport owned and operated by the said company.
An Act to provide for the incorporation of a transport company to be called Coras Iompair Eireann and for the transfer to that company of the undertakings of the Great Southern Railways Company and the Dublin United Transport Company, Limited, to amend the law relating to railways and other transport undertakings and to provide for certain other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
The County Donegal Railways Joint Committee is hereby authorised, notwithstanding any statutory, contractual or other obligation to the contrary, to reduce the service of trains run on the 28th day of December, 1945, by the said committee over the railway line between Stranorlar and Glenties operated by the said committee, in the manner and to the extent following - by ceasing to run the service of trains run at the said date by the said committee over the said railway line except trains for the carrying of fuel, bog ore or livestock.
