Sometime after the Mt. Emily Lumber Company closed in 1955 somebody trucked at least four camp cars and several skid shacks several dozen miles west to the small town of Ukiah, Oregon, where they were used for several decades as housing. John Henderson captured these images of the various bodies in Ukiah in the middle 1990s, shortly before they were demolished. |
