General Motors constructed 61 TDH-4519s (Transit bus, Diesel engine, Hydraulic transmission, 45 passenger, model #19) for the HSR between 1964 and 1968. Most of these buses were scrapped or sold to other companies in the late 1970s, except for HSR 695, which was still in use by the HSR as late as 1988
