SRS 130 was built by the St. Louis Car Company in 1925 as Lehigh Valley Railroad 28 and was acquired by Sperry in July 1940. The original Winton 106A 220hp engine was later replaced by a Caterpillar prime mover.

130 is 57' 7" in length, 13' high and 10' 4" wide weighing 138,000 lbs.
